These terms and conditions govern the relations between "Spektar" JSC, UIC: 831431323, VAT registration: BG831431323, registered office: Sofia, Sredets district, 11A Carnegie Street, printing facility address: 7 Heidelberg Street, Sofia, e-mail: ivaivanova@spektar.bg, tel.: +359 2 8078 188, IBAN BG65FINV915010BGN06R3Y (BGN) and IBAN BG40STSA93000021947366 (EUR), hereinafter referred to as Spektar Printing House / the Printing House, and the persons remotely commissioning the production and delivery of print products, hereinafter referred to as Clients.
Art. 1. General Provisions
(1) Spektar Printing House is a producer of print products.
(2) Part of the assortment can be ordered via the online shop.
(3) These Terms apply to all production and delivery contracts concluded remotely, including through the online shop.
Art. 2. Online Shop
(1) The online shop (Spektar Web2Print Shop) is located at web2print.spektar.bg and allows users to view, order and pay for production and delivery.
(2) Full functionality requires an account (name, e-mail, password).
(3) Contract conclusion steps are described in Art. 8.
Art. 3. Electronic Communication
(1) The parties agree that all statements may be made electronically under the Bulgarian Electronic Document Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.
(2) The Printing House may store the client's IP address and any other information necessary for identification in its server logs.
Art. 4. Quote Request
(1) A quote request may be sent in free text via the contact form or by e-mail to the Sales Department.
(2) For eligible products, the request can be generated through the online shop — free text or dropdown menus.
(3) To proceed via the shop, attach print-ready PDFs meeting the technical requirements for offset printing.
(4) Submission of the request constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Art. 5. Calculation and Quote
(1) Based on the request, the Printing House issues a quote valid for 15 calendar days.
(2) Quotes are subject to revision in case of discrepancies (format, pages, colour, broken files).
(3) Acceptance is given in writing within the validity period (e-mail or shop interface).
(4) For orders above €5,000, a signed and stamped quote is required.
Art. 6. Order
(1) To complete the order, the client selects delivery and payment methods and provides identifying data and print files.
(2) The client must keep contact data current; the Printing House is not liable for consequences of outdated data.
(3) Orders are executed using files supplied in approved formats.
(4) The Printing House has no obligation to check files for content errors.
(5) Orders may be refused if they contain materials breaching Bulgarian law or if files do not meet print requirements.
(6) Files are transferred via the shop or Prinect Portal (username + password). The client is responsible for password confidentiality.
(7)–(9) After processing, the Printing House requests final approval; the client approves via Prinect Portal or e-mail.
Art. 7. Contract Conclusion
The contract is concluded upon final file approval in Prinect Portal or by e-mail. Production lead time begins at that moment.
Art. 8. Steps via the Online Shop
(1) Logged in, the client generates a quote request via dropdown menus.
(2) When needed, the client can contact Sales via the "Contact Sales" button.
(3) When accepting the quote, the client attaches PDFs, specifies the run, and clicks "Add to Cart".
(4)–(6) Selection of delivery/payment, data update, and acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy.
(7) "Place Order" → confirmation e-mail.
(8) Status visible in "My Orders".
Art. 9. Modification, Cancellation and Withdrawal
(1) As production is individualised, withdrawal under consumer protection law is not possible once execution has begun.
(2) Any change leads to a new quote and lead time.
(3) Reprints due to client-undisclosed errors are at the client's expense.
(4) Cancellation after confirmation requires payment of all incurred costs (production, transport, materials).
Art. 10. Price and Payment
(1) The price and term are finalised in the order.
(2) Payment by bank transfer, no later than upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
(3) Via the shop: card, PayPal or bank transfer (within 5 days).
(4) Filing a complaint does not release the client from payment.
Art. 11. Transport and Delivery
(1) Pickup in person, by authorised representative, or delivery to the address provided.
(2) Delivery via couriers designated by the Printing House.
(3) The client checks condition and quantity on receipt; any objection must be entered on the transport documents.
Art. 12. Complaints
(1) Complaints about shortages are admissible only on receipt.
(2) Quality complaints: 14 days for written notice.
(3) Evidence: 5% of delivered units, minimum 50.
(4) Up to 2% spoilage is not grounds for a complaint.
Art. 13. Intellectual Property
(1) The client warrants that production does not infringe third-party rights.
(2) The client must secure all permits and licences.
(3) On third-party claims the client indemnifies the Printing House fully and immediately.
Art. 14. Personal Data
(1) The Printing House processes personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
(2) Data is used solely for contract performance and legal compliance.
(3) The Printing House has no access to card or authentication data.
(4) The client safeguards their access passwords.
(5) Details in the Privacy Policy.
Art. 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
(1) Relations are governed by Bulgarian law.
(2) Disputes are settled by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court in Sofia.

Art. 17. Severability
The invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Art. 18. Changes to the Terms
The Printing House reserves the right to amend these terms. The applicable version is the one published at https://web2print.spektar.bg/terms-condition on the date of the request.
