Prepress.
From idea to a finished printed product. The whole process — under one roof.
Have an idea?
We make it real — from the design software all the way to the finished printed product. You can track your job at the printing house or online via the Heidelberg Prinect Portal.
We accept print-ready files or build the design from your brief. Our team replies to every file with a quote within 60 minutes on business days — price, lead time, and a technical production spec.

Post-press effects.
Eight finishing techniques to elevate the run — for covers, labels, packaging, premium invitations and catalogues.
Spot UV varnish

Hot Foil
Hot stamping with metallic foil — gold, silver, copper, colour.
Emboss (deboss)
Raised or recessed relief, with or without print.
Lamination matte / gloss
Full-surface protective layer for durability.
Holographic foil
Decorative foil with a diffraction effect.
Perforation
A line of micro-holes for tear-off — coupons, flyers, leaflets, sketch pads.

Precise folds that don't crack the surface.
Die-cutting
Cutting custom shapes — boxes, labels.
Before you send the file.
01How fast do you respond to a quote request?
On a business day we send a full quote — price, lead time and a technical production spec — within 60 minutes of receiving the file or brief.
02What file format do you require for print?
PDF/X-4 is the current standard we accept. All raster images must be at least 300 dpi at 100% scale, in CMYK with a CoatedFogra39 or ISOcoated_V2 profile, with 5 mm bleed on every side and crop marks.
03What is the minimum print run for offset?
For offset we typically start from 200–300 copies. Once we see the spec — format, page count, paper, colours — we put together a quote tailored to the project.
04Can I supply an RGB file, or do I have to convert it?
You can send RGB files with embedded profiles — our prepress will convert them correctly to FOGRA39. For predictable final colour, however, we recommend working directly in CMYK inside your design software.
05Can I track my order online?
Yes — our corporate clients get access to the Heidelberg Prinect Portal, where they can approve colour proofs, follow the status of the run and manage versions in one place, without sending files back and forth by email.
06Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We always handle the logistics — we ship regularly to EU countries (France, Belgium, Germany, etc.), to Switzerland and outside the EU. Specific Incoterms are agreed upon request.
07Can I receive a physical sample before the run?
Yes. For books, catalogues and packaging we can send a sample before starting the run — anything from a dummy on the real paper stock to a full prototype with trial covers and finishing.

Bleed, Trim Box and Safe Zone — How to Set Them Up
Bleed, trim box and safe zone are essential for any print-ready file. Without them you risk a white sliver along the edge, trimmed-off text, or a logo falling into the binding gutter.
